My important rules:

Ask for help
Brilliance is shitty insurance
Teach people how they could express themselves
When you are feeling lonely, lean into your relationships
Find a balance between creating and appreciating creations
You can't really love anyone until you know how to love yourself
It's more important to characterize your uncertainty than to resolve it
You're allowed to find joy in things you aren't expected to, and you should
Encourage others to lean into what they genuinely love, and never shame them
If you are anxious, think about what would give you relief and seek that out
Know exactly what you are afraid of and help others figure out what they're afraid of
There is a big difference between acknowledging logically and truly understanding something
Be filled with wonder and joy! Find the perspective that makes you happy and gives you agency.
A little bird told me that if you don't like the message someone is conveying with their story, then you can make the story become about the creator
